As the year comes to an end, we often find ourselves lost in a whirlwind of holiday events and disrupted schedules. This 90-minute workshop will offer techniques to create calm as you breathe through the chaos. We will explore various pranayama techniques for revitalizing, balancing, and quieting your energy.
During this class, we will practice these breathing techniques and have time for questions and discussion. A handout will help you continue these practices at home, and you are welcome to take your own notes. Beyond breathing, we will also touch on additional ways to navigate busy days, such as simple meditation and self-care routines.
All students are welcome, regardless of prior experience. Yoga mats and props are available at the studio, or you are welcome to bring your own.
A minimum of 4 students is required to hold this workshop. You will be notified if the minimum is not met 24 hours before the workshop.
