Hadeel Al Weshahi

She/Her | RYT 200

Hadeel was introduced to yoga as a way to combat the challenges of anxiety and depression. She was inspired by the compassion, patience, and grace she was met with, and found comfort in her practice during difficult times. During the pandemic, Hadeel joined her first sangha and developed a deeper relationship with her prana and asana. She was inspired by the tools she learned, which allowed her to find joy despite the chaos. Hadeel completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 and is in the process of completing her 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training. She will also earn her Yin and Breathwork certification in 2025.

At first, Hadeel did not have a desire to teach yoga. After feeling the magic in her own practice, she wanted to share the precious gift of Yoga with anyone who would listen. She now believes that it is her life's calling to guide people to find connection with self, and wishes to facilitate spaces for students to find internal and collective liberation. After taking Hadeel's class, she wishes for you to feel lighter and kinder -- towards yourself and the world. Hadeel's passion lies in teaching Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation.

Outside of yoga, Hadeel enjoys reading, writing, doing artwork, spending time in nature, and traveling.
