Sarangi believes yoga teachers play a meaningful role in guiding growth, both on and off the mat. Inspired by a lifelong respect for education, she creates supportive, inclusive spaces where students feel encouraged to explore, learn, and embrace a growth mindset. Her teaching blends thoughtful structure with genuine connection, helping students build confidence, deepen awareness, and carrying their practice into everyday life.
Sarangi began her yoga journey in the early 2000s, and by 2010 it had become a pillar of her daily life. Experiencing firsthand the gifts yoga offers, she completed a 200-hour teacher training to better serve others. She later deepened her studies through mentorships in meditation, pranayama, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra. She remains deeply grateful to the teachers who have shaped her practice and teaching.
Off the mat, Sarangi enjoys gardening, traveling, reading, trying new recipes, baking and crocheting.
